Bob’s background includes a wide range of senior management/operational experiences throughout the United States from the Northeast, South, Midwest and West to “bush” Alaska.  He has over 25 years of experience building/managing systems and programs in urban and rural settings working with diverse ethnic and socio-economic groups.

He is an accomplished public speaker, facilitator and negotiator with the experience and understanding for working through the many complex and sensitive issues included in this field.  He is an effective team player who relates well to decision makers, management and technical staff. 

Bob has an excellent understanding of business, industry and the legislative process having authored and presented numerous papers involving local, state and national issues and trends.  He has a proven track record for coalition building, innovation and “getting things done” wherever he’s gone.
