Ron Richards is a CPA and veteran corporate financial executive.  He joined Woodmoor Group in 2001 to head up our executive search practice in the General Administrative functional areas, with an added focus on Accounting and Finance.  Ron brings a strong personal and professional touch to his work, which you will quickly grow to appreciate, because it is based on honesty, integrity and mutual respect.

Ron graduated from Brigham Young University with a Masters degree in Accounting.  He came to Woodmoor Group with over 20 years of diversified experience in Corporate Financial Management.  He worked initially with Arthur Andersen in the Big 5 public accounting area, and then as a financial executive for 16 years with 3 well-known players in the Consumer Food Products Industry.

Ron is located in our Appleton, Wisconsin office, but conducts search assignments across the nation as well as internationally.  One of Ron's key strengths is his ability to work closely with people, to listen and understand their needs, and to ensure the best possible fit for both the employee and the employer.
