Thank you for visiting our home page. We appreciate the opportunity to tell you about our group, and we look forward to working with you. Matching our client needs with the needs of the best candidates we can find is our constant goal.

Woodmoor Group is an executive search firm, not a personnel agency. For those who may not be familiar with the difference, this means that our clients are the companies for whom we recruit candidates. They pay all of our fees, and as a result, we never charge you, the candidate, one cent.

We are happy to receive your resume, even though it may not be an exact fit for one of our current openings. Our private Woodmoor Group database, which we update daily, allows us to keep you on file, even if that is the case. If at any time we see that your credentials might be of interest to a client company, we will contact you for a personal screening and permission to forward your information. By the way, it is a Woodmoor Group philosophy that we remember the real human being behind every resume.

WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY. At Woodmoor Group, we do not share resumes with any other organization. We do not forward your resume to any company - client or potential client - without your specific permission. When our efforts produce an interview, we work closely with you to provide valuable resources that optimize your success.

We receive over 400 resumes per day (our record is just over 800 in one day!). As much as we would like to do so, we cannot acknowledge receipt of each one by phone. Please take into consideration that many of our postings provide only general information, often due to client confidentiality or extensive detailed criteria. If you are sending your resume to a specific recruiter, or if you are responding to one of our listed positions, that recruiter will contact you by phone or email, if you meet the search criteria.

Please feel free to email messages to any of our recruiters, but please do not contact them by telephone unless contacted first. Our value to you, the candidate, is in our contact with clients and potential clients to secure new position listings, and we try to use the bulk of our non-recruiting telephone time in that manner.
