Having led and managed large logistics, warehousing and transport operations for the United States Army for over a decade, Kristin is the perfect subject matter expert, providing premium service to both large and small logistics companies throughout the United States and internationally. She is a visionary thinker and strategic planner, possessing the keen ability to assess client needs and to seek out superior leaders to fulfill client requests.

Kristin has over 20 years of leadership and management experience in various venues, both in the United States and throughout Europe and South Korea. She possesses a superior business, logistics, human resources and training background, having served as a Human Resources Manager, a university instructor, and having held Executive Director positions in large organizations. She is highly recognized as a leader and instructor in both military and corporate structures, having developed and delivered numerous supervisory business management seminars, process improvement plans and university classes, along with individual and group fitness and wellness programs.

Kristin earned a Master of Science in Management Degree, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management, from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. In addition, she is an International Association of Career Counseling Firms Registered Career Consultant.

During her free time, you will find Kristin and her family actively engaged in local community events. She is a Certified Personal Fitness and Group Fitness Instructor, promoting health and wellness at various fitness centers in the Colorado Springs area. She is an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society’s “Reach for Recovery” Group and the Susan G. Komen Race For the Cure. Additionally, Kristin has served as a motivational speaker at various breast cancer awareness seminars throughout the nation.
