Kristine, originally from Wisconsin, started off her career as an IT programmer with a large retail chain in Los Angeles. After several years with that company she was made an offer by a well-known movie studio where she came to learn that accepting a counter-offer rarely works. Not long afterwards, she joined an Executive Search firm as a recruiter.

Having moved to Dallas, Texas, Kristine worked for a large IT consulting firm and became their top recruiter. Just a few years later, she started her own company offering contract and/or permanent placement services for the IT industry. She was the owner and operator of her company for over 20 years and conducted many successful searches for IT management and high-level technical personnel for Fortune 500 companies.

After moving to Colorado, Kristine learned of Woodmoor Group. Coming from a very large family (10 siblings), she was attracted by the family atmosphere and the professionalism this company exudes. In 2006, she joined the company.

Kristine is an animal lover and spends time with her menagerie. She also loves associating with people and is a volunteer at the Salvation Army and at nursing homes and hospitals.
