Luke was born and raised just outside of Gainesville, FL with his
four sisters and parents in Keystone Heights. After completing a
degree in Psychology and Business and a commission
from ROTC at the University of Florida, he began a career in the
U.S. Air Force as an acquisitions program manager. After a short
career as an officer in the Air Force, Luke and his family decided
to stay in the Colorado Springs area and joined the Woodmoor Group
family.
Luke's primary area of focus is with upstream oil and gas
companies in Houston, Texas. He works mainly with Petroleum
Engineers and Geoscientists, corporate strategy, corporate
engineering, and A&D specialists.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and two
children,
working out, enjoying the outdoors, and working on his car. Being a
father and husband is the most important thing in Luke's life and he
attributes both to bringing about many of the positive changes in
his life.

For retained search, we offer a 12-month guarantee with
only 25% up front. The balance is paid after the placement
is confirmed. Uniquely, every dollar of the 25% retainer is
guaranteed. This means that if the candidate is sourced in
some other manner, we simply roll down the payment to the
next search. Our success rate on retained search remains at
99%, which compared to the industry standard, truly sets us
