WOODMOOR GROUP: SEARCH SCHEDULE
Days 1 through 12:
Thorough discussions with client regarding the position(s).
Identification of targeted companies
Research begins (internal network database, data mining, identification of possible candidates).
Completes research on executives within targeted companies.
Days 12 through 26:
Telephone discussion with targeted prospects.
Networking and sourcing additional candidates.
Initial research completed (ongoing research continues throughout).
Days 26 through 30:
Before or on day 30: SEARCH PROGRESS REPORT MEETING
Days 30 through 60:
Selected candidates interviewed by Woodmoor Group (designated by client/partner).
Client/Candidate interviews scheduled.
If deemed necessary, an additional meeting will be scheduled with the client/partner to discuss candidates as well as a plan for completion of the search.
Day 50 through 75:
Targeted for completion of the search.
The above represents general time frames and is subject to client/partner availability for candidate interviews, etc.
